Submission by the Joint Industry FATCA Working Group on proposed regulations relating to FATCA
The Joint Industry FATCA Working Group (WG) including representatives from Hong Kong Investment Funds Association, The Hong Kong Association of Banks, Hong Kong Trustees' Association Limited, and tax and legal professionals have put together a submission on our preliminary views and comments on the proposed regulations relating to FATCA.
