Who we are

Today, it serves as a leading professional body for Hong Kong's trust & fiduciary industry (spanning from MPF & ORSO/retirement plans, public & private funds, asset servicing, private trust/banking & employee benefit trust, estate/succession planning, and family office to philanthropy/charities), specializing in advocacy, raising professional standards, and education, with the ultimate objective to safeguarding the best interests of investors, retirement plan members, and beneficiaries.
The affairs of the Association are managed by the Executive Committee with the support of 8 Subcommittees, which take a proactive stance by making submissions on draft legislation to and actively engaging with the government, regulators and advisory panels on behalf of our members, as well as arranging seminars and briefings on pivotal topics that impact the trust industry.
