Pensions & Funds Subcommittee

Works closely with various stakeholders of the pension and regulated fund industries (sponsors, trustees, administrators and custodians) to enhance overall development and promote higher standards of professionalism and pension/fund governance. Represents stakeholders in liaison with the government/regulators and coordinates HKTA submissions on proposed legislative and regulatory changes. Has four work groups: (i) MPF/pension trustees group, (ii) Fund Trustees group, (iii) Extended Fund Trustee Group, (iv) Custodian group.
